Overview:
This first concept would focus almost entirely on imagery of the food pantry, with thoughtful narration performed by a third party. For what can't be conveyed with B-roll footage, we can layer text and graphics to fill any gaps in the script's visuals.
We can narrate and edit several different endings depending on the context (personal presentation, congregation presentation, online distribution, etc) with a distinct and relevant call-to-action for each video version.
Below are a few loose examples of narration with B-roll:
Script:
Normally the first step would be to finalize a script before prescribing shots and filming. But there are certainly some shots of the food pantry interactions that we already know we want, and could film these before, during, or after scripting is finalized.

Logistics:
Narration could, again, be performed by an HCCC staff member or by a third party service. If we chose to use an HCCC staff member, audio recording could take place at the most convenient location for you, as long as it's relatively quiet. Of course, you can always record at our studio downtown.
Filming is still yet to be scheduled. With this sort of concept, we shouldn't need more than a day or two of filming.
After filming and the first rough edit(s), we will populate the "Projects" portion of this portal with your video drafts, where you'll be able to use our Vimeo review tool to leave time-coded comments and edit requests until the videos are satisfactory.

Overview:
This next concept would feature an HCCC staff member covering the same talking points as Concept A's script outline (which is of course 100% open to changes & edits), but in a filmed interview setting instead of just audio narration. The idea here is to put more of a face to the operation.
We would still collect B-roll footage in the same fashion as Concept A. But we might want to wait to for filming until the interview is edited down to its final length and structure. Then, we can better-prescribe B-roll footage.
Again, we can ensure that we create different endings for each type of presentation scenario.

We could record the interview at the food pantry with hustle and bustle in the background behind the interviewee (far enough away to protect the identity of any clients). If for some reason we determine that it would be more beneficial to record at our studio, that is always an option.
We could probably accomplish the B-roll filming on the same day of the interview, but we will keep open the possibility of another day of filming

The third concept would be feature three interviews with willing clients, along with narration from a third party and B-roll footage.
B-roll footage could be captured the same day as the interviews, with an emphasis on the three client interviewees, but also include anonymous footage of additional clients.
We would still make sure to have different endings for different contexts.

We would script the narration portion but also utilize the same list of talking points during the interview process with the three client testimonials. Here again is the current outline draft:

B-roll can be filmed on the day of the interviews and on an additional date if neccessary.
